There is no doubt about that the phenomenon “Globalization” has became one of the most burning issues nowadays. It generally refers the process of communication and set a relation among the people of different countries. According to Noam Chomsky it as a process of sharing ideas of local or regional things or phenomena into global ones. It can also be used to describe a process by which the people of the world are unified into a single society and function together. This process is a combination of economic, technological, sociocultural and political forces.”(Washington Post March 24, 2006).It is widely believed that globalization has a huge effect almost on every field such as society, economics, culture, agriculture and especially on business area because it is one of the most important factors of modern business world. According to May (1997) It demands a innovative way of thinking of HR managers in the global market place is how they can classify and build up the global leadership skills required when the business are to compete globally. (Linda Maund, 2001, p-614). Obviously globalization calling the mind of every success businessman and it open a vast opportunity for the multinational firms of all over the countries.
